(ZIONSVILLE, IN) - Former Indianapolis Colts quarterback Jack Trudeau faces a felony charge stemming from a graduation party he threw last weekend at his Zionsville area home.
Trudeau and 13 teenagers were arrested Saturday morning after police responded to a noise disturbance complaint and found evidence of underage drinking.
Trudeau faces misdemeanor charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and providing alcohol to a minor. The felony charge of obstruction of justice stems from Trudeau making a list of the teenagers attending the party and refusing to provide that list to police.
According to the police report, officers confiscated 97 unopened cans of beer, 30 empty beer cans, a empty half-gallon bottle of vodka and an empty bottle of champagne.
