(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) Former Indiana Pacers guard Stephen Jackson is due in Marion County Superior Court Wednesday where he will enter a guilty plea for his role in an altercation outside an Indianapolis strip club last fall.
According to a plea agreement filed in court, Jackson will plead guilty to the most serious charge, felony criminal recklessness, for firing a handgun into the air after another man, Deon Wilford, hit Jackson with a car.
If the judge accepts the plea agreement, Jackson will not serve time in jail.
