(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Former Indiana Pacers guard Stephen Jackson pled guilty Wednesday for his role in an altercation outside an Indianapolis strip club last fall.
Marion Superior Court Judge Patricia Gifford accepted a plea agreement in which Jackson will serve no jail time. Instead, the current Golden State Warrior will pay a $5,000-dollar fine, work 100 hours at a Westside Indianapolis community center and serve one year on probation.
Jackson pled guilty to felony criminal recklessness for firing his handgun in the air during the October 6th, 2006 incident outside Club Rio on Indianapolis' west side.
