(TOLEDO, OH) - The Toledo Mud Hens completed a four-game sweep of the Indianapolis Indians, defeating the Tribe 9-1.
Mike Hessman hammered a three-run double in the first and would end up with five RBI for the game.
Yorman Bazardo threw seven shutout innings to improve to 6-and-3 as the Mud Hens take a two-game lead over Indianapolis for first place in the IL West.
Bryan Bullington took the loss for the Indians, allowing six runs on four hits and four walks in two and-a-third innings of work. Luis Ordaz drove in the lone tribe run with an RBI single in the eighth.
The Indians open a four-game series with the clippers tonight in Columbus.
