(LEBANON) - Former Indianapolis Colts quarterback Jack Trudeau is scheduled to appear in court this afternoon on charges related to underage drinking at his Zionsville home.
An initial hearing is slated to begin at 1:30PM inside Boone County Superior Court in Lebanon.
Trudeau is facing allegations of obstructing justice, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and furnishing alcohol to a minor. The charges were filed after Whitestown Police and Boone County sheriff's deputies responded to a complaint of a teen drinking party at his home on June 2.
A police report claims the 44-year-old denied furnishing any of the alcohol to the teenagers during his daughter's graduation party.
Authorities say he refused to provide them with a list he had naming those attending the celebration for Park Tudor High School grads.
