(ZIONSVILLE) - A former quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts has been offered a plea bargain for hosting a graduation party for kids too young to drink.
The Boone County prosecutor says he wants Jack Trudeau to take full responsibility for his actions, however, he's not releasing details of the plea bargain.
Back in June, police arrested 12 Park Tudor graduates for underaged drinking. The former Colts quarterback is charged with furnishing alcohol to minors and obstructing justice. He'll have to accept the plea bargain by September 4th.
