(TOLEDO, OH) - Virgil Vasquez threw a complete-game two-hitter as the Toledo Mud Hens blanked the Indianapolis Indians 4-0.
The Toledo offense came from Chris Shelton, who hammered a Bryan Bullington pitch out of the park for a grand slam in the fourth inning.
Vasquez allowed a walk and struck-out seven to improve to 11-and-5 as Toledo takes an eight-game lead over the Tribe with less than two weeks remaining in the regular season.
Bullington took the loss to fall to 11-and-7.
