(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Colts defensive end Dwight Freeney is the AFC Defensive Player of the Week.
The three-time Pro-Bowl participant recorded seven tackles, two quarterback sacks and two forced fumbles in the horseshoe's Monday night win over the Jaguars.
On the second sack, Freeney caught Jaguars backup quarterback Quinn Gray in the end zone, resulting in Freeney's first career safety.
It is the fourth time in his six-year career that Freeney has won Defensive Player of the Week honors.
