(UNDATED) - In college football, the Purdue Boilermakers look to build on last Saturday’s impressive win against Iowa when they host the Northwestern Wildcats on Saturday.
The Boilers are 6-and-2 and snapped a two-game skid with their victory over the Hawkeyes. Northwestern is a win away from bowl eligibility at 5-and-3.
The Indiana Hoosiers can become bowl eligible Saturday, but it won't be easy as they travel to Camp Randall Stadium to take on the Wisconsin Badgers.
The Hoosiers failed in their second attempt to pick up their sixth win of the season as their comeback fell short last Saturday against Penn State. The Badgers are 6-and-2 but have lost their last two big ten games. IU has not won at camp Randall since 2001.
The Ball State Cardinals step away from Mid-American Conference play Saturday as they travel to Champaign to face Illinois.
The Cardinals are 5-and-3 following back-to-back wins over Western Kentucky and Western Michigan. It is homecoming for the Illini and a victory will give Illinois that important sixth win of the season.
