(WEST LAFAYETTE, IN) - The Purdue men’s basketball team opens exhibition play tonight at Mackey Arena as they host the University of Indianapolis Greyhounds.
The Boilers are coming off a 22-and-12 season in which they made it to the second round of the NCAA tournament before falling to the eventual national champion Florida.
The Greyhounds return four of the five starters from a team that finished 13-and-13 last season. The Greyhounds are led by former Indiana State Head Coach Royce Waltman, who took over as interim head coach when Todd Sturgeon resigned on October 1st.
