(CLEMSON, SC) - The Purdue Boilermakers suffered their first loss of the season, falling to number-18 Clemson 61-58 in the ACC /Big Ten challenge.
KC Rivers led the Tigers with 18 points and twelve rebounds. Cliff Hammonds finished with twelve points and David Potter added eleven as Clemson remains unbeaten at 6-and-0.
Freshman Scott Martin led the Boilers with 13 points with Tarrance Crump adding eleven points and Namanja Calasan finished with ten.
Purdue falls to 3-and-1 on the season heading to a Saturday afternoon matchup with Indiana State at Mackey Arena.
