(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Tony Dungy is still unsure about his future with the Indianapolis Colts.
Dungy held his weekly news conference on Monday and says he will spend this week discussing his future plans with his wife.
Dungy has already met with team president Bill Polian and expects to have a decision by Monday at the latest.
Dungy says he isn't burned out by the job, but that he is trying to juggle his responsibilities with the Colts and with his family.
A possible replacement should dungy retire would be assistant head coach Jim Caldwell. Caldwell has already interviewed for the head coaches' opening in Atlanta and reportedly is a candidate for the opening in Washington along with Colts defensive coordinator Ron Meeks.
