(MADISON, WI) - Indiana freshman guard Eric Gordon will play in tonight’s game at Wisconsin despite injuring a wrist in practice, according to a published report.
Gordon's father told the Indianapolis Star on Wednesday that the 2007 Indiana Mr. Basketball fell on his non-shooting wrist in practice on Tuesday. Eric Gordon Senior says his son will probably need to wear protective padding on the wrist but that he will play against the Badgers tonight.
The 6-4 native of Indianapolis leads the Big Ten in scoring at 21.7 points per game.
