(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - With the all-star break over, the Indiana Pacers enter the home stretch of the season with a 21-and-32 mark heading to a Wednesday night matchup with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The Pacers stumbled to the break losing nine of their last eleven games to drop to eleventh place in the Eastern Conference.
New Jersey and Philadelphia are currently tied for seventh place in the east with Atlanta sitting percentage points behind in ninth, but two games ahead of the Nets and Sixers in the loss column. Chicago is a game and-a-half behind those three in tenth place with Indiana a half-game behind the Bulls. The Cavaliers are fourth in the Eastern Conference with a 29-and-23 record.
Cleveland boasts the NBA's leading scorer in all-star MVP Lebron James. James is averaging over 30 points per game and is coming off a 27-point performance in Sunday's all-star game in New Orleans, claiming MVP honors for the second time in his four all-star appearances.
