(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Larry Hughes scored 29 points to lead the Chicago Bulls past the Indiana Pacers 113-107.
Luol Deng added 16 points and Ben Gordon finished with 15 for the Bulls, who snapped a two-game skid to pull two games behind New Jersey for the eighth and final playoff berth in the Eastern Conference.
Chicago took control at the start of the fourth quarter, using a 7-0 run to break an 82-all tie. Indiana got as close as three points, but a six-point run by the Bulls gave Chicago a nine-point lead.
Mike Dunleavy led Indiana with 25 points and Travis Diener added a career-high 22 as the Pacers lost their third in a row to fall to twelfth place in the east, three and-a-half games behind the eighth-place nets. Indiana is 22-and-36 and travel to Toronto to face the Raptors on Friday night.
