(UNDATED) - The Purdue Boilermakers took sole possession of the Big Ten lead Saturday night with a 72-67 win over the Wisconsin Badgers at the Kohl Center.
Freshman Robbie Hummel had a career-high 21 points to lead Purdue, while sophomore Chris Kramer had 12 and freshman E'Twaun Moore added 11.
Wisconsin had its 16-game home conference winning streak snapped, and falls a game behind Purdue in the Big Ten standings. The Badgers were led by Jason Bohannon and Michael Flowers with 14 apiece.
With the win Purdue (19-5, 10-1 Big Ten) should enter the ESPN/USA Today Top 25 poll; the Boilers were #27 this week. Purdue entered the Associated Press poll this past Monday at #24.
The Boilermakers return home to face #10 Michigan State on Tuesday night.
