(SAN ANTONIO, TX) - The San Antonio Spurs won their eleventh game in a row as they took out the Indiana Pacers 108-97.
Manu Ginobili led the defending NBA champions with 28 points with Tony Parker adding 19.
Indiana was competitive for a half, trailing 50-48 at halftime. San Antonio opened the third quarter with a 14-4 run and the blue-and-gold trailed by double digits the rest of the way.
The Pacers were led by Danny Granger's 22 points with Troy Murphy and Mike Dunleavy adding 13 points apiece as the Pacers have lost the first two games on their three game road trip.
Indiana falls to 24-and-38 as they lose ground in the playoff chase. Chicago pulled off a win in Cleveland while New Jersey, Atlanta and Milwaukee were idle on Thursday night.
The Nets own a one-game lead over the Bulls for the eighth and final playoff berth in the East. Chicago takes a percentage points lead over the Hawks for ninth place with the Pacers in eleventh place, a game-and-a-half behind the Bulls and Hawks and two and-a-half back of the eighth-place Nets. The Bucks are now just a half-game behind Indiana for eleventh place.
The Pacers' road trip concludes Saturday afternoon in Cleveland.
