(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indianapolis Colts running back Kenton Keith was due in Marion Superior Court this morning following his Sunday morning arrest outside a westside Indianapolis nightclub.
Keith was arrested for refusing to leave the parking lot at "Cloud 9" shortly after 3:00am Sunday. He is charged with one count of criminal trespass, a Class-A misdemeanor that carries a maximum penalty of up to one year in jail and a $5,000 fine.
Keith was originally charged with disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement, public intoxication and contributing to the delinquency of a minor for allegedly helping a 19-year-old companion get into the club.
