(BLOOMINGTON) - Indiana University has signed Devan Dumes to a national letter of intent.
Dumes is an Indianapolis native who spent one season at Eastern Michigan before transferring to Vincennes University last season.
The 6-2 shooting guard out of Decatur Central High School averaged 17 points per game with Vincennes last season, setting a school record with 109 three-pointers.
He is the second recruit to sign with IU this week, joining Alabama prep star Nick Williams.
