(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Louisville Bats took a 7-0 lead after three and-a-half innings and held on to defeat the Indianapolis Indians 7-5.
Bryan Bullington allowed all seven Louisville runs, but only three of those were earned as the tribe committed two costly errors.
Adam Rosales hit a two-run triple and Kevin Barker had a solo home run for the Bats. Matt Kata hit a three-run blast for the Indians.
Game three of the four-game set is tonight at Victory Field.
