(SYRACUSE, NY) - The Indianapolis Indians ran their winning streak to five games with a 7-3 victory over the Syracuse Chiefs.
Andrew McCutcheon put the Tribe ahead for good with a two-run double in the third. Neil walker hit a two-run homer and Josh Wilson added a solo shot for the Indians.
Jason Davis allowed an earned run on four hits over five innings to pick up the win and run his record to 1-and-0.
The four-game series wraps up this afternoon in Syracuse with the Indians holding their home opener on Friday evening against Norfolk.
