(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Indiana Pacers guard Travis Diener underwent surgery to remove bone spurs on his left big toe Wednesday.
Rehabilitation is expected to take three months.
Diener started 21 games in his first season with the Pacers. He and Flip Murray shared starting duties after Jamaal Tinsley was hurt.
Diener averaged just under seven points in 66 games last season.
