(SECAUCUS, NJ) - The Indiana Pacers will have the eleventh pick in next month’s NBA Draft.
The Pacers failed to move up in last night's NBA Draft lottery. They had about a 1% chance of moving up to get one of the top three picks and a 91% chance of remaining at number eleven.
The Pacers have had some luck with the number eleven pick, taking the franchise's all-time leading scorer, Reggie Miller, with the eleventh choice in the 1987 draft.
Indiana missed the playoffs for the second-straight year after making it to the postseason for nine years in a row. Team President Larry Bird represented the franchise at Tuesday's lottery in Secaucus, New Jersey.
The Chicago Bulls won last night's draft lottery and will have the number-one pick.
