(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - There is no track activity scheduled at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway until Thursday when the Firestone Indy Lights drivers take to the track for practice and qualifications for Friday’s Freedom 100.
Today's schedule includes the annual fastest rookie luncheon. Hideki Mutoh and the ten other rookies in the field for the May 25th Indianapolis 500 will be honored. Wednesday is also "Community Day" at the speedway.
The IndyCar series teams return to the track on Friday for "Carb Day" - the final opportunity to practice before Sunday's 92nd running of the Indianapolis 500.
