(LOS ANGELES, CA) - The Indiana Fever shot just 28-percent from the field as they fell to the Los Angeles Sparks 77-63.
Lisa Leslie led LA with 17 points and nine rebounds with rookie Candace Parker finishing with ten points and ten boards.
Parker dribbled the length of the court and dunked with 29 seconds remaining, joining Leslie as the only women to dunk in a WNBA game.
Tamika Catchings led Indiana with 17 points with Katie Douglas adding eleven as the Fever lost both games on the west coast trip and suffered their first back-to-back losses of the season.
The Fever are back home to face the Sacramento monarchs on Tuesday night.
