(TOLEDO, OH) - The Indianapolis Indians’ losing streak is up to four games as the Tribe fell to the Toledo Mud Hens 5-3.
Kody Kirkland hit a pair of solo homers, his first home runs of the season for Toledo. Timo Perez added a pair of RBI doubles for the Mud Hens.
Josh Wilson had an RBI double, Ryan Mulhern hit a run-scoring single and Matt Kata had a sacrifice fly to account for the Indianapolis offense.
Game two of the three-game series is tonight in Toledo.
