(ORLANDO, FL) - The Indiana Pacers open play in the Orlando summer pro league this afternoon when they face the NBA’s Oklahoma City entry.
The Pacers will start the summer league without three key newcomers - rookies Brandon Rush and Roy Hibbert and second-year forward Josh McRoberts. The three were involved in draft night deals that won't become official until Wednesday at the earliest.
Among those who will be participating are current Pacers Shawne Williams and Stephen Graham, former Pacer Courtney Sims, Indianapolis natives Stanley Burrell and David Teague, former IU guard Earl Calloway and former Valparaiso swingman Ali Berdiel.
Former Butler forward Pete Campbell was one of three players cut by the Pacers on Friday.
