(CHICAGO, IL) - Candice Dupree scored 20 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead the Chicago Sky past the Indiana Fever 68-60 in the Windy City.
Jia Perkins fell two assists shy of a triple-double, finishing with 13 points, ten rebounds and eight assists for the Sky, who recorded just their third win in their last nine games.
Chicago jumped out to an 18-10 lead at the end of one with the Fever cutting the Sky advantage to six at the half at 37-31. The Fever managed to cut the lead to two in the final minute, but Chicago went 9-for-10 from the free throw line over the final 60 seconds to pull out the win.
Tammy Sutton-Brown led Indiana with 14 points and ten boards with Katie Douglas adding twelve points.
The Fever fall back under .500 at 11-and-12. They host the Minnesota Lynx on Thursday night. Indiana then heads west for a game in Sacramento on Saturday night and in Phoenix on Sunday night before taking a month off for the Olympics.
