(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - No practice is scheduled today for the Indianapolis Colts, who are enjoying two days off following Saturday night’s preseason win over the Atlanta Falcons at the Georgia Dome.
Preseason wins have been hard to come by for the Colts, who won for just the third time in 16 exhibition games since 2005.
The poor preseason performances have not had an effect once the regular season starts as the horseshoes are 21-and-0 in the months of September and October over the same period.
The only injuries reported in the aftermath of the game were to a pair of rookie defensive linemen. Defensive end Curtis Johnson suffered a shoulder injury and defensive tackle Eric Foster was kicked in the calf. There is no report on the extent of either injury.
