(BUFFALO, NY) - Morgan Ensberg hit a tie-breaking two-run homer in the bottom of the fifth as the Buffalo Bisons beat the Indianapolis Indians 5-3.
The Indians jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first with Andrew McCutchen driving in one run with an RBI single. Buffalo scored twice in the third to tie the game and set up Ensberg's go-ahead blast off tribe starter Corey Hamman.
Nyjer Morgan got Indianapolis to within a run with an RBI double in the seventh but would get no closer as the Bisons scored an insurance run in the eighth to get the win and earn a split of the four-game series.
The Tribe's road trip continues as they open a four-game series in Rochester tonight.
