(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Corey Hamman threw seven and-a-third innings of shutout baseball as the Indianapolis Indians blanked the Columbus Clippers 2-0.
The Tribe scored the eventual winning run in the bottom of the second when Ronny Paulino scored on Ryan Mulhern's double-play grounder. Luis Cruz gave Indianapolis some insurance when his double scored Jason Delaney from first base.
Hamman allowed five hits to even his record to 3-and-3 while sending Columbus to its third-straight loss.
The two-game series wraps up this afternoon at Victory Field.
