(WILLIAMSPORT, PA) - The Jeffersonville, Indiana team representing the Great Lakes Region at the Little League World Series found themselves on the wrong end of a no-hitter as they fell to lake Charles, Louisiana 9-0 Sunday.
Lake Charles pitcher Trey Quinn struck out twelve over the six-inning game to drop Jeffersonville to 0-and-2.
Jeffersonville pitcher Drew Ellis fired a no-hitter of his own on Saturday against Hagerstown, Maryland on Saturday, but the Indiana champions lost that game 3-2.
Jeffersonville faces Mill Creek, Washington, on Tuesday.
