(BUFFALO, NY) - The Indianapolis Indians took advantage of some poor Buffalo fielding to defeat the Bisons 3-2.
All three Indianapolis runs were unearned with Andrew McCutchen driving home the game-winner with a fielders' choice grounder in the eighth.
Both Buffalo runs came on solo homers from Brad Snyder and Andy Cannizaro of Tribe starter Daniel McCutchen. McCutchen pitched seven innings and earned the win, improving to 5-and-8.
Former Ball State star and Indianapolis Indian Bryan Bullington started for Buffalo, allowing two unearned runs and not figuring in the decision.
The four-game series wraps up this afternoon in Buffalo.
