(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indianapolis Colts conclude a short work week with their final practice today.
The Colts are on their bye week this weekend and are focused on improving their 1-and-2 start to the season.
The team practiced once yesterday and will go once today, without pads, as they rest up for the remaining 13 weeks of the season.
The Colts will resume play October 5 at AFC South opponent Houston. The Colts are 0-and-1 in the division, while Houston is 0-2 overall and 0-and-1 in the division.
Colts Sign Former Bulldog To Practice Squad
The Indianapolis Colts have added former University of Georgia quarterback David Greene to their practice squad.
Greene broke Peyton Manning's NCAA record for career victories and left as the SEC's all-time leading passer. He was a third round draft pick of Seattle in the 2005 NFL draft, but has never played in an NFL game while spending time with Seattle, New England, and Kansas City.
The Colts waived quarterback Josh Betts from the practice squad and also added wide receiver Taj Smith.
