(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Tammy Sutton-Brown scored 16 points to lead the Indiana Fever past the New York Liberty 74-59.
Indiana opened the game with a 20-to-3 run and never trailed.
Tan White finished with 13 points with Tamika Catchings and Khadijah Whittington adding ten points apiece as the fever recorded their eleventh-straight win over the Liberty in Indianapolis. New York has not won at Conseco Fieldhouse since July of 2002.
Jessica Davenport led New York with twelve points as the Libs played without Janel McCarville and Tiffany Jackson, who were sidelined with injuries.
The Fever close out the regular season against Phoenix at home on Sunday afternoon. Indiana has locked up the fourth seed in the eastern conference and will host Detroit in game one of the playoffs on Thursday or Friday of next week.
The loss assures the Liberty of the number three seed in the east and they will face Connecticut in the first round of the playoffs.
