(INDIANAPOLIS) - With just one non-points race left in the IRL season, a number of series drivers will be testing at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Monday.
Monday's testing session will be the first time back in a Panther Racing seat for Dan Wheldon. The 2005 Indianapolis 500 and IndyCar Series champion left chip Ganassi Racing for Panther last month, and will compete for Panther in the non-points race in Australia October 26.
Others scheduled for Monday's test in Indy are 2008 champion Scott Dixon, Tony Kanaan, Ryan Briscoe, Ryan Hunter-Reay, and Buddy Rice.
