(WEST LAFAYETTE) - The Purdue Boilermakers fell to the Minnesota Golden Gophers 17-6.
The Boilermakers struggled offensively, passing for only 109 yards, the lowest output in head coach Joe Tiller's 12 years with the program.
Kory Sheets led the way for the Boilers, carrying the ball 21 times for 73 yards.
The Golden Gophers harassed the Boilers all afternoon, forcing four turnovers.
Offensively, Minnesota was led by Adam Weber who completed 21 of his 34 pass attempts for 212 yards and a touchdown.
Weber also carried the ball 13 times for 60 yards and another score.
