(MOUNT PLEASANT, MI) - The Ball State Cardinals put their perfect 10-and-0 record on the line this evening as they face the two-time defending MAC champion Central Michigan Chippewas this evening.
The cardinals dropped from 14th to 17th in this week's BCS standings as they try to crash the party for a major bowl bid.
The Chippewas are 8-2 overall but are tied with Ball State for first place in the MAC-West with a 6-0 conference mark. Quarterback Dan Lefevour threw for 360 yards and ran for 146 more as Central Michigan beat Ball State 58-38 last season in Muncie.
