(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) The Indianapolis Colts return to practice today as they begin preparing for Sunday afternoon’s home game with the Houston Texans.
The Colts improved to 5-and-4 with back-to-back wins over a pair of AFC division leaders in New England and Pittsburgh.
The Texans are 3-and-6 and have lost their last two games.
The Colts beat the Texans in week five, coming from behind to pull off a stunning 31-27 win in Houston.
The Colts scored 21 points over the final 4:04 of that game to get the victory.
Sage Rosenfels, who quarterbacked the Texans the first time around against Indianapolis, will be under center again on Sunday as regular starter Matt Schaub is sidelined with a knee injury.
Rosenfels guided the Texans to a 27-10 lead over the colts in the first meeting before self-destructing down the stretch.
Rosenfels fumbled twice in the final four minutes.
The first fumble was returned by Gary Brackett 68 yards for a score while the second fumble led to Peyton Manning's game-winning five-yard touchdown pass to Reggie Wayne in the 31-27 Colts win.
