(UNDATED) - The IHSAA football tournament resumes Friday night when nine of the ten semi-state games will be played.
In class 5A, the second-ranked Carmel Greyhounds host Penn while number-one Center Grove is at home to face eighth-ranked Ben Davis.
Carmel is the defending champion as the Greyhounds look to reach the championship game for the third-straight year.
In 4A, number-five Indianapolis Cathedral travels to top-ranked Columbus East.
In class 3A, fourth-ranked Northwood is at number-six Belmont while number-one Indianapolis Chatard faces number-five Evansville Memorial at Bosse High School in Evansville.
Chatard is the two-time defending state champion and has made it to the title game the past three seasons.
In 2A, seventh-ranked Jimtown is at number-four Cass and Brownstown Central travels to number-five Heritage Christian.
In class 1A, number-two Sheridan hosts ninth-ranked Southern Wells and top-ranked Indianapolis Ritter is at number-five Linton-Stockton.
Sheridan is going for its fourth-consecutive 1A championship.
The lone Saturday game is in class four-a where number-two Lowell will face third-ranked Fort Wayne Dwenger at Zollner Stadium in Fort Wayne.
