(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indianapolis Colts return to practice today as they get ready for their regular-season finale with the Tennessee Titans.
The Colts normally would take Tuesday off, but they have already had the last four days off following Thursday night's win in Jacksonville. They will practice today and tomorrow before getting another day off Thursday to celebrate Christmas.
Both Tennessee and Indianapolis have locked up playoff berths - the Titans are the number one seed in the AFC while the Colts have the number five seed.
With nothing tangible to gain with a win, both teams are expected to rest those players with injuries and they could sit their starters early and take a look at some of the backups. They could face each other as early as the divisional round of the playoffs, so both sides are not expected to reveal anything Sunday that they may want to save for the postseason.
Tennessee started the season 10-and-0 and beat Pittsburgh 31-14 last Sunday to improve to 13-and-2. The horseshoes' win in Jacksonville extended their winning streak to eight games as they enter the weekend with an 11-and-4 record.
