(WASHINGTON, DC) - The Indiana Pacers snapped a six-game losing streak with a 118-98 win over the Washington Wizards in Washington.
Danny Granger led Indiana with 27 points with Marquis Daniels adding 20. Point guards TJ Ford and Jarrett Jack finished with 16 points apiece with Troy Murphy grabbing 12 rebounds for the Pacers, who had lost eight of their last nine before Monday night's victory.
Antawn Jamison led Washington with 26 points and 15 rebounds with Caron Butler also scoring 26 as the Wizards lost their third game in a row and their sixth in the last seven.
Washington has the worst record in the Eastern Conference at 4-and-18. The Pacers improve to 8-and-16.
The Pacers return home to open a two-game homestand Wednesday against the Golden State Warriors.
