(WEST LAFAYETTE, IN) JaJuan Johnson had a career night as the fifteenth-ranked Purdue Boilermakers defeated IPFW 70-55 at Mackey Arena.
Johnson set career-highs in points with 21 and rebounds with nine. E'Twaun Moore finished with 19 points and Marcus Green added twelve points and nine boards as the Boilers won their fifth in a row to improve to 10-and-2.
Purdue survived an off-night from Robbie Hummel, who was named Big Ten Player of the Week for the second-straight week on Monday. Hummel hit just three of ten shots from the field and finished with six points.
Nick Daniels was the only Mastodon to finish in double figures with 14 points as IPFW falls to 4-and-8.
Purdue hosts Valparaiso on Sunday while IPFW heads south to take on North Florida on Sunday.
