(UNIVERSITY PARK, PA) - The Purdue Boilermakers could not overcome the absences of Robbie Hummel and Chris Kramer as they lost at Penn State 67-64.

Talor Battle led the Nittany Lions with 21 points and ten assists as Penn State improves to 13-and-3, 2-and-1 in the Big Ten.

E'Twaun Moore scored 21 points to lead the boilers with Nemanja Calasan finishing with eleven points and Lewis Jackson adding ten.

Hummel was sidelined by a bad back while Kramer missed the game with a sprained left foot. Hummel is Purdue's second-leading scorer while Kramer is the Boilermakers' key defensive player.

Purdue falls to 11-and-4, 0-and-2 in conference play. They return home to face the Wisconsin Badgers on Sunday.
