(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indianapolis Colts officially handed the team’s head-coaching reins over to Jim Caldwell on Tuesday.
Caldwell was introduced to the media after signing a four-year deal to succeed Tony Dungy.
Caldwell thanked Dungy at Tuesday's news conference and said he was looking forward to working closely with Team President Bill Polian.
The former associate head coach and quarterbacks coach announced the first addition to his staff, naming longtime NFL backup quarterback Frank Reich to replace him as quarterbacks coach.
