(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - Trevon Hughes scored 21 points and Joe Krabbenhoft added 18 as the Wisconsin Badgers defeated the Indiana Hoosiers 68-51 at Assembly Hall in Bloomington.
The Hoosiers kept the game close for a half, trailing 31-30 at intermission.
Verdell Jones gave IU its last lead when he hit a jumper 19 seconds into the second half. Wisconsin responded by going on an 18-2 run to take command.
Jones lead Indiana with 16 points with Devan Dumes coming off his two-game suspension with twelve points.
The Badgers have won five straight to improve to 17-and-9, 8-and-6 in the Big Ten. The Hoosiers have lost their last four games and 15 of their last 16 to drop to 6-and-19, 1-and-12 in conference play.
IU is at Purdue on Saturday afternoon.
