(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - Indiana University basketball coach Tom Crean has suspended junior guard Devan Dumes indefinitely for his actions during the Hoosiers loss at Michigan State on Saturday.
Dumes will continue to practice and travel with the team, but will not play when IU visits Minnesota on Tuesday night and could miss more games.
Dumes was ejected late in the Hoosiers' 75-47 loss in East Lansing after receiving a flagrant foul for hitting Michigan State center Tom Herzog with an elbow.
He had thrown at least two other elbows during the game and Crean decided on taking disciplinary action after reviewing the game film.
