(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Danny Granger scored 20 points and grabbed ten rebounds to lead the Indiana Pacers past the Philadelphia 76ers 100-91.
Troy Murphy added 17 points for the Pacers, who were without Mike Dunleavy and Jeff Foster due to injuries. Indiana never trailed, leading by as many as 20 points late in the second quarter.
The Sixers managed to cut the Pacer lead to six at 66-60 late in the third, but Indiana responded by closing out the quarter on a 14-3 run to put the game away.
Andre Iguodala led Philadelphia with 20 points with Lou Williams adding 17 off the bench as the Sixers had their four-game winning streak snapped.
The Pacers have won their last three home games to improve to 22-and-33. They are in Charlotte this evening to face the Bobcats. Indiana has lost its last nine road games.
