(CHAMPAIGN, IL) - Mike Davis scored 14 points and grabbed a career-high 16 rebounds to lead number-21 Illinois past 13th-ranked Purdue 66-48.
Demetri McCamey added 13 points for the Illini, who never trailed en route to their eleventh-consecutive win at Assembly Hall in Champaign.
JaJuan Johnson led the Boilermakers with 17 points with Lewis Jackson adding twelve as Purdue was without Robbie Hummel, who was sidelined with a hairline fracture in his back.
Illinois improves to 17-and-6, 6-and-4 in the Big Ten. The Boilers have dropped two in a row to fall to 19-and-5, 7-and-4 in conference play.
Purdue hosts Penn State on Wednesday.
