(INDIANAPOLIS) - Pacers Forward Mike Dunleavy says he may need surgery on his right knee.
Dunleavy spoke before the Pacers' game with the Denver Nuggets last night.
He says he has a bone spur pressing on his right patellar tendon and that his knee has been an issue for about ten years.
Dunleavy has played in just 18 of Indiana's 62 games this season.
Pacers Coach Jim O'Brien said last week that he expects Dunleavy to miss the remainder of the season.
A decision regarding surgery is expected to be made sometime this week.
O'Brien says forward Danny Granger could be back toward the end of this week's West Coast road trip.
Granger, the Pacers' leading scorer, has missed six games with a partially torn tendon in his right foot.
